AYO

Ayo

Ayo is real for me, yet in some ways metaphorical. Allow me to explain.

NOW THE DAY IS OVER

I haven't done the traditional blog post for my birthday yet. This was on purpose. Becoming 21 was something worth thinking long and hard about, so I decided I would put up my birthday blog post at the end of my birthday month, precisely on the last day.

BIRTHDAY BLOGGING 2: COUNTING MY BLESSINGS

I am soooo sorry for not blogging yesterday. I have been so busy planning our moot and mock team end-of-semester get together plus my literary event coming up on Saturday, plus, of course, TEDxIfe on the 15th. It's been one heck of a week. Please forgive me.

So I'm sitting down here in one of those law classes without working bulbs and in spite of the fact that time is fast running out and I need to be at my choir rehearsals, and my heart is beating fast because it's barely six hours to the birthday of Earth's most wonderful gift.

Today is exactly three days to the day of the greatest man that ever came to this world (excluding Jesus, that is). And I choose to call today, 'Gratitude Tuesday'.
